Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy (Refurbished Computers)
Product Condition (Refurbished)
All products sold are refurbished unless otherwise stated.
Refurbished items may show minor cosmetic wear such as light scratches or marks but are fully tested and functional.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that refurbished products are not in brand-new condition.
Consumer Guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality, taking into account that the goods are refurbished, and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Warranty (Refurbished Products)
This product includes a 3-month warranty from the date of delivery, covering hardware faults under normal use.
This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded. Consumer guarantees may apply beyond the warranty period.
Change of Mind
We may accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, subject to:

Change of mind returns are provided at our discretion.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, remedies will be provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Where a product is confirmed faulty:

No restocking fees apply

Reasonable return shipping costs will be covered
If a returned item is found not to be faulty, it may be treated as a change of mind return and applicable fees may apply.
Batteries (Important Notice)
Batteries in refurbished devices are tested to be functional at the time of sale. Due to their consumable nature, battery life is not guaranteed.
This does not exclude your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Approved returns must be completed before placing a new order.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after inspection and, if approved, issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:

Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of goods, or the cost of doing so
