Shipping policy

All items are shipped from our warehouse in Perth, WA. We will ship most items within 2 business days. If you are not satisfied with the item, kindly let us know via email contact@willettoncomputers.com.au

If the items are returned because of a change of mind, 10% restocking fee will be charged and buyer will have to pay for the return postage, which we will deduct from the refund. If the item is returned as faulty but it  is found to be in working condition, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

Goods purchased with Pickup only option will not be ready straight away. Please wait for confirmation from us and then proceed for pickup.
